Delightful small hotel, good views of the park. Particularly good unit with a convenient decor. Certainly a such great experience for holidays in Randwick.

The restaurant here was good with good food, we both ordered EXCELLENT dishes. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were a nice touch. The location was peaceful and perfect for us - near restaurants and a cinema.

I love historical buildings and Avonmore delivers on this count. Beutifully situated in a small lane opporsite a park provides a non city like feel. I stepped up onto the worn out stone steps to walk up the lovely path to the front door I knew I was going to like it here. My only dissapointment was not getting to climb the staircase as I was staying in a garden room. Historical decor continued into the room and I loved the cupboard with door that swung open not rolled on tracks. The bathroom and small kitchenette were clean. I would definatley stay at Avonmore again.
My only complaint would be that they did not have dinning. For the price I would of loved to have been able to order breakfast or to have eaten dinner there. Only a small complaint as lovely restaurants are only a stones throw away.

Location: the hotel was so close to local restaurants, bars & shops. Climate control, it's own balcony and a kitchenette in fully-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms were awesome.

It is not a hotel that I would recoomend to a couple. small bed and very cramped. Good public transport to the City centre attractionns
The room that we were allocated was very small with minimum room for manoeuvre for 2 adults with 2 large suitcases. Reasonable quality and very helpful staff but very expensive compared to other hotels visited in our month in Australia

The main room was neat and tidy with tv, Microwave, kettle and table and 2 comfortable chairs. It had a pleasant Greenery view out the window. The Bathroom was a good size containing a decent shower and facilities.

Location was great and it was lovely and quiet! Would have to say it was cleaner than most 5 star motels I have stayed at! Very quaint!
Need to be able to get more than one tv channel! Other than that was great and would stay there again.
